About Me

I am a former Marine officer and a current Assistant Professor in Shipping Economics and Analytics at the Business and Management Science Department of the Norwegian School of Economics. I am also affiliated with the Centre for Shipping and Logistics where I work under the sponsorship of the Climate Futures project under the Centre for Research-based Innovation (SFI).

My current research interests are shipping digitalization and management, machine learning, big data handling, data science applications for the UNSDGs, maritime informatics, and operations research.
